Garden House by the Beach is a luxurious, private, beach house estate designed by one of Costa Rica's leading architects, who took full advantage of the spectacular ocean views and dramatic sunsets of Manuel Antonio Costa Rica when designing it. Garden House has five bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3 baths. It is very family friendly and includes 4,400 square feet of living space and it has an amazing 624 square feet infinity edge pool that overlooks the ocean. There are indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, including an outdoor fireplace and two bars. There are private terraces upstairs, plus sundecks around the pool. A large grassy area is available for children to play. Wild life is all around with both its sights and sounds. Howler and white face monkeys are often seen and heard.
There are many beautiful houses in Manuel Antonio Costa Rica, but very few are located where you can really walk out the door to an exclusive beach, where guests have free use of beach towels, umbrellas, tables, lounge chairs, boogie boards, kayaks, life vests, snorkelling equipment, and even sand toys. You can walk right out the front door of Garden House to the beach with just your sunglasses and sun lotion. There is no need to pack up a car with tons of gear. There is also a full bar and food service available for your convenience at the beach where your order will be brought to you right to your lounge chair or a table will be set for you and your guests overlooking the Pacific Ocean of Manuel Antonio Costa Rica.
This beautiful home is located at Tulemar, an exclusive gated community with its own beach, perched on a hill in the heart of Manuel Antonio Costa Rica, a small town located in the tropical forest of the Central Pacific coast. Famous for hosting one of the most visited national parks of the country: “Manuel Antonio National Park”. Even though it is one of the smallest of its kind, this park is home to more than a hundred species of mammals and birds, amazing landscapes of great mountains and four white sandy beaches hidden in a jungle of stunning forests. It also has a large marine biodiversity with beautiful coral reefs. Inside the park you can find several hiking trails to: Punta Catedral, the waterfall, the lookout, Espadilla beach, Manuel Antonio beach, Congos trail, Gemelas beach, Puerto Escondido, Mangrove and Sloth trails, with universal accessibility facilities, rest areas, scenic overlooks and scientific interpretations.
